Is This Right For You?
The Full Restoration program is for families whose child's health situation is complex — multiple overlapping conditions, years of unresolved symptoms, autoimmune responses, or cases where significant dietary and lifestyle change needs time to fully take root.
Six months allows Hannah to work through multiple layers — to adjust as seasons change, as school years begin, as symptoms shift and evolve. It creates the kind of deep familiarity with your child's case that produces breakthroughs three months can only begin to reach.
This is Hannah's most comprehensive offering, and she works with a limited number of Full Restoration families at any given time to ensure the level of attention each family deserves.
This Program Is Right If
What Sets This Apart
The Full Restoration program goes beyond sessions and meal plans. It's a sustained, evolving relationship built around your child's specific journey — with the depth and consistency to support real transformation.
Hannah comes to your home to work in your actual environment — reviewing what's there, what to replace, how to set up your kitchen so that the healthy choice becomes the easy choice every single day.
Full Restoration families have priority access to Hannah between sessions — for questions, flare-ups, school events, travel, or any moment when you need real-time guidance from someone who knows your child's case deeply.
Hannah works directly alongside your child's medical team — pediatricians, GI specialists, allergists, dermatologists — communicating findings, aligning approaches, and ensuring that nutrition and medicine are working together, not in silos.
Your child's needs evolve. Every quarter Hannah conducts a full review and updates the nutrition and lifestyle plan to reflect what's changed — in symptoms, in seasons, in your child's growth and development.
Six months means we have time to address not just your child's plate but the whole family ecosystem — siblings, parents, routines, and the social situations that make healthy eating hard. Everyone benefits.
Six months is long enough to move through initial change, navigate the hard middle, and arrive at a place where new habits feel natural. It's the difference between starting a plan and actually living it.
What to Expect
We begin with a comprehensive intake covering your child's full health history, diet, symptoms, environment, and family dynamics. The first nutrition plan is built, initial changes are introduced, and the in-home kitchen walkthrough happens during this phase. We establish your baseline and begin to identify the core drivers.
With two months of implementation behind you, patterns have emerged. We go deeper into root causes, make meaningful adjustments, and tackle the harder lifestyle pieces — school lunches, eating out, social situations, travel. Provider collaboration letters are drafted and shared with your medical team during this phase.
The final phase is about making everything stick. We lock in what's working, expand your recipe library, build out long-term maintenance routines, and prepare your family to carry this forward with confidence. A full quarterly review updates the plan one final time. The goal: you graduate not needing us, but knowing we're here.

From Families Hannah Has Worked With
My daughter had been having unexplained symptoms for months — mostly digestive and skin issues. After about 14 days of implementing our new health plan, her digestive system completely normalized. The skin issues cleared about 3 weeks later. I feel like we got our lives back.
— Parent of a child with undiagnosed symptoms
This is the very first winter that my kids have not been sick — at all. It's like their bodies were craving the nutrients that were missing, and their immune systems are stronger than they have ever been.
— Parent, preventative health program
We tried everything for our son's eczema — creams, steroids, procedures. It wasn't until we understood the connection between gut health, liver health, and skin that the eczema started healing from the inside out.

Common Questions
Why six months instead of three?
For complex cases — autoimmune conditions, multiple diagnoses, or years of unresolved symptoms — three months is often not enough time to see deep, lasting change. Six months allows us to move through implementation, adjustment, setback, breakthrough, and consolidation. It also gives Hannah enough time to work seasonally with your child, which matters more than most people expect.
What does "limited availability" mean?
Hannah works with a small number of Full Restoration families at any given time to ensure each family receives the level of attention, responsiveness, and care this program is built around. If you're considering this program, it's worth reaching out sooner rather than later to discuss availability.
How does the provider collaboration actually work?
Hannah drafts a formal collaboration letter summarizing your child's nutritional approach, which can be shared with your child's physician, specialist, or any other provider. She can also communicate directly with providers — via written correspondence or calls — to align on the care plan. This is done with your full knowledge and consent at every step.
Is the in-home visit required?
No — if an in-home visit isn't practical for your situation, that time can be redirected to an extended virtual session focused on reviewing your kitchen and pantry via video. That said, most families find the in-person visit to be one of the most impactful parts of the program.
Can I upgrade from the Root Cause Reset?
Yes. If you complete the Root Cause Reset and want to continue into the Full Restoration program, Hannah will credit a portion of your previous investment toward the upgrade. Reach out to discuss the specifics based on your situation.
What happens after the six months?
Full Restoration graduates have the option to continue with Ongoing Monthly Support at $350/month — a lower-touch continuation program for families who want ongoing check-ins and plan adjustments without the full program structure. Many families find that after six months, they're largely independent and use monthly support as a safety net rather than a necessity.
Ready to Begin?
It starts with a free 30-minute conversation. No commitment, no pressure — just an honest discussion about your child's situation and what full restoration might look like for your family.
