About Hannah Parker
For years, doctors couldn't help me. I was dealing with severe eczema and a body in a full autoimmune response — and every appointment ended with the same shrug. I healed completely through diet and lifestyle alone. No medication. No procedures. Just learning what my body actually needed.
That experience changed everything about how I see health — and eventually led me to become a certified health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, with over ten years of focused work in thyroid disorders, autoimmune conditions, postpartum health, and child wellness.
I'm also a mom of two kids who have navigated their own health challenges. We live this work every day — not just managing what comes up, but actively building the kind of health that prevents chronic illness from taking root in the first place.
Before health coaching, I spent years as an elementary school teacher. I watched kids struggle — with focus, energy, skin issues, digestive problems, chronic illness — and I kept seeing the same pattern: parents who were trying everything their doctors suggested, but hadn't yet heard about the dietary and lifestyle approaches that could actually move the needle. That gap is what eventually pulled me out of the classroom and into this work full time.
When you work with me, you're not getting a textbook approach. You're getting someone who has sat in the confusion, done the research, found what works, and genuinely wants the same outcome for your family that I fought for in mine.

Who This Is For
This work is for families where food is part of managing a diagnosis — and for families who are still trying to get one.
No diagnosis yet — but something is wrongYour child has been dealing with symptoms — fatigue, gut issues, skin flares, mood crashes, poor growth — and doctors keep coming up empty. You need someone to dig in, connect the dots, and actually help.
Newly diagnosed familiesYou've just gotten a diagnosis and don't know where to start with food. You need clarity, not more anxiety.
Celiac & gluten-related conditionsStrict elimination without making your child feel different or left out requires creativity and planning.
IBD & GI conditionsCrohn's, colitis, GERD, or motility issues — your child's relationship with food deserves thoughtful, evidence-based support.
Multiple food allergiesEliminating several foods at once makes balanced nutrition hard. Let's build a safe, nourishing plan that works.
Selective eating & ARFIDExtreme picky eating, especially alongside a diagnosis, needs a slow, child-led approach — not pressure or force.
For the In-Between
You've seen the doctors. You've run the labs. You've been told everything looks "normal" — but you know your child, and normal is not how they feel.
This is where functional nutrition comes in. Rather than waiting for a diagnosis to act, we look at what your child eats, how their body responds, and what patterns might be driving their symptoms — and we start making changes that can bring real relief while you keep searching for answers.
You don't need a diagnosis to deserve support.
My Approach
Everything starts with listening. Then we build something practical, together.
Nutrition doesn't exist in isolation. I consider sleep, stress, family dynamics, sensory needs, and your child's own relationship with food.
Recommendations are grounded in current pediatric nutrition research and clinical guidelines — not trends or one-size-fits-all rules.
Parents, siblings, even grandparents matter. We work on approaches the whole household can support, so your child never feels alone in this.
We build sustainable habits, not flawless compliance. One good week followed by a hard week is completely normal — and expected.
"The goal isn't a perfect diet. It's a child who feels well, grows well, and still gets to enjoy food."The Health Restored Families Philosophy

Hannah Parker is a certified health coach, not a licensed medical doctor, dietitian, or other clinical healthcare provider. The information and guidance offered through Health Restored Families is educational and supportive in nature — it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and it does not replace the care of your child's physician or medical team.
Health coaching works best alongside conventional medical care, not instead of it. Hannah collaborates with and defers to your child's healthcare providers on all clinical decisions.
