Why three months specifically?

Real dietary and lifestyle change takes time to show up in the body — and takes time to become a habit. One month isn't enough to see lasting results. Three months gives us time to implement, observe, adjust, and solidify. Most families see meaningful change in the first 4–6 weeks, and by month three the new patterns feel natural rather than effortful.

How does the messaging support work?

You'll have a direct line to Hannah between sessions for questions, check-ins, and troubleshooting. This isn't a ticketing system — it's real, responsive support from Hannah herself. Response time is typically within one business day.

What if my child is a very picky eater?

Picky eating — including ARFID — is something Hannah works with regularly. The approach is always child-led and pressure-free. We build around what your child will actually eat, and expand from there gradually and gently. No forcing, no drama.

Can we do sessions in person?

Yes. In-home sessions are available throughout the program. Many families find that at least one in-home session — especially one focused on the kitchen and pantry — makes a significant difference. Hannah works with you to decide what mix of in-person and virtual works best.

What happens after the three months?

You'll have a complete plan, a recipe library, and the knowledge to continue independently. For families who want continued support, the Ongoing Monthly Support program is available exclusively to program graduates. There's also the option to move into the Full Restoration program if your situation calls for longer-term work.

Can I apply the Jumpstart Intensive toward this program?

Yes. If you've already completed a Jumpstart Intensive and want to continue into the Root Cause Reset, the $395 you invested can be credited toward the program cost. Just mention it when you book your discovery call.
